I second that I wouldn't mind this person's suggestion being added eventually. Eventually being the keyword, I think.
The main subject and fetish of the game is clearly on weight gain, which will be especially clear after the eventual Dizzy's update, I assume. That being said, adding some other types of... growth/inflation on the side wouldn't be a bad idea. Especially since you, yourself have already talked in the past about adding pregnancy stuff, which is already a little out of the scope of weight gain stuff.
Perhaps a blueberry character would have to play a juicing game (basically the feeding tube minigame except the bar is blue instead of green, lol) to reduce themselves in size everyday lest the growth go out of control. Like, the growth would be passive unlike weight gain, and the juicing mini game would be how you shrink if you want to stay mobile. Perhaps you'd need a special blueberry chamber installed in your home if you don't want to end up taken to a blueberry wing of the Dizzy's facility that juices you every day so they can bottle and sell your juice. Perhaps the player could even do that themselves with the right equipment if they keep their (relatively speaking) independence by having the right facilities in their home.
Definitely some super hot ideas you could implement there, especially since I feel like blueberry inflation is just too narrow to have its own exclusive game. It often either gets added in games like this, or not at all. Or if it is its own game, its just some little interactive thing where your character eats the gum and you crank your lever while they inflate, then that's it.
The life simulator aspect of your game is what makes it especially hot compared to a normal weight gain text adventure where you just click through locations to get food and the game is over when you're too fat to move. And that's just words of praise regardless of everything I said above this paragraph. I just mean to also point out that this is what makes the game so uniquely suited to eventually adding other types of inflation.
