I didn't keep backups of my saves for either of these games. If I start from Season 2 and remember well what happened in Season 1, can I get the exact same starting point, or are there hidden flags and stuff that can only be in if I have a save from season 1?

There's an option to start without importing choices, and it unlocks all fetishes (even the stuff you might have locked for personal preference).
It's gonna be missing missing a ton of personalization choices obviously, but that can't be helped.
Sadly there's no interface to pick and chose because frankly, there's just too many choices along the way, so if you do want to have those back, your best bet is to speed-run through season 1 by enabling the "skip" options under preferences, and just pressing the tab key (or press-and-holding ctrl).
