See, I thought that, but everytime I see it it's never described like that. Most characters with it are described as being pretty generic in my experience.
hmm - there definately are some words about macromastia in the bedroom scenes, in the 'red' caracter responses when spending time with girls and ofc in the character descriptions when you 'check her out'.
Same for the 'lipedema' which is basically an extreme pear.
