Where are you stuck? Are you getting to the supervisor?
He should have different dialogue based on whether its the fines or whether you've missed a visitor. I can give you some hints about the fines and visitors if you like, just let me know :)
I'm glad you like level 3! You might be the first person to test it other than me! I usually take new levels to a local event first but I didn't want to wait this time :D
