Does anyone know how to unlock the 2nd gc scene for gil? I guess i missed that one
Yes, I recommend following the guide in the comments section. If you made it to day 9 without discovering it, you definitely missed it, and I'm not entirely sure what triggers it either, but I won't speak without knowing, haha. Good luck!
