is it impossible to 100% the city life photos? i can only take one photo of the vending machine girl when there are two photos related to the cutscene.
You can take two different photos based on the choices you make during that cutscene :)
is it possible to collect both photos in my gallery?
Yes. You can repeat the event as often as you like and take both photos.
