I apologize to the people who still like this game like me, but I can’t take it anymore, to the point of crying out of anger, because this game was not only abandoned, but because Arc doesn’t care anymore. Let’s go to the errors that I could see in the voting that is being made!

First, made by AI! Which demonstrates the size of the laziness! An AI tries to simulate a character reference sheet, but makes absurd errors of continuity logic that no real artist would make, as you can see in the points I circled in the image.

Cute, I even liked it, but it is not Gwen from Corrupted Kingdoms, it is a new character from your second Remake.

Arc, I know you don’t know how to make scenes, but at least give credit to the original creator of the scene and do not say that you worked weeks on scene x, y, and z when it was already ready and made by the creator who is in the Koikatsu discord! Using an AI generator to pretend you created a concept from zero, while copying the work of community members for the game scenes, only shows the total disregard for the project and for the fans who are still here trying to support.

And one more thing… remember who you forgot you were! That Arc who made a good story, that people loved so much.

Welp the accusations started so I might as well stop dancing around it.

He should know that if that IS AI-generated and he's claiming its not, then it'd be significantly better for him to own up to it being AI than continuing to pretend it isn't.

The game's already in a shaky spot. And if he did in fact use AI to generate a reference sheet and proceeded to claim he "drew over the resulting outline" of a "remove everything but the outline filter." Is just not it and will only result in more people losing faith in him. I mean sure, I guess there IS the chance he drew it himself, buuuuuuut, it does look like some AI anime images I've seen a million times by now, doesn't it?

The way I see it, Arc pretty much has only 2 options here:

Option 1 - Continue to deny that it's AI and find a way to prove, definitively, that it is in fact hand-drawn. A surefire way would've been to record himself drawing it. If he AI generates a video of him "drawing it," then that too will come with inconsistencies that can and WILL be pointed out.

Option 2 - Admit that it's AI generated and deal with the fallout.

Either way, it's not looking good for him.

Also the 2nd image of "Gwen that isn't Gwen from Corrupted Kingdoms" looks closer to what a rework would've been. Moderate model changes, hair changes, and outfit changes. Like what FrostMist did to Noemi in his game.

Sorry if I’m not replying properly; it’s just that I’m really sad because I liked this game. I think I’ll take a little break and watch some anime later to cheer myself up o(╥﹏╥)o

I might as well suggest that you go play Goth Gasp since I already referenced the dev and a character in it. Not too bad, I found it entertaining.

I've also got a bunch of other recommendations if you're looking for something else to play while Corrupted Kingdoms gets remade.

quite some angere here and it seemed to ignite on that image? i don't agree with your encircled markers of ai generation. the double heart is simply separated decorations for left and right ... let's call them boob hearts. Having them separated is cleaner and easier to maintain than having only one asset piece that might be much harder to change later. common thing in data structures in general. the jacket looking differently? might simply be not a zoomed in detail of the character next to it. i have a friend who draws/illustrates by hand and i can tell you that such things happen. Also as soon as hand drawing comes into play things might not be algorithmically accurate. I had lots of discussions about getting a bit more logic into that artistic freedom ;)

As for the scenes and asset use i have no clue about that. He made it quite clear though that he is using only existing assets (in the cons sections). I don't know how much work is left to piece them together. edit: i might have misunderstood that - i interpreted that as: handdrawn style is filtering and editing of existing assets but still based on them like the other styles. it just adds the possibility to include anything that can be drawn if needed. not that it is made from scratch.
