I really enjoyed the whole cartomancer + stars + forgotten memories concept. The story and dialogue pulled me in, and I liked how the clues slowly make you piece together who “Mother” really was. It gives the game a really nice emotional feeling.
And honestly, the colors and overall visual style are SO satisfying 😭💜 The cozy atmosphere made exploring the story feel really relaxing, even when the mystery itself got difficult.
The game is definitely challenging 😂, but I can see how adding a few more hints or introducing the arcana gradually could make it easier to get into.
For a first game jam, this is seriously impressive. You guys put a lot of heart into it, and it shows. 🌟
