Unfortunately I don't have any assets to share or such. What I could recommend is grabbing the april fools we did a few years back, where the house was recreated in Unreal Engine. Its not very optimized so I suggest tweaking the settings.
It requires a Patreon account, but its free to create if you don't have one.
