I’m not very familiar with Linux, so I decided to use WSL to run the game. It took a bit of work, but I got there eventually! 😅
I understand that this is more of a demo or prototype than a complete game. The visual style was cool, although there understandably wasn’t much gameplay yet. It would have been great to see how the finished concept turned out.
I’m impressed that you built this without using an engine, and I hope you achieved your goal of improving your programming skills in the process, that’s a win in itself! Congratulations on getting as far as you did!
