What version of Android are you using? Whenever I've seen messages like that, there's always been a button that lets me ignore the error and force the installation.
I'm running Android 12, and I have Cursed Overlord 1 & 2 installed, I haven't had this problem. Here are some screenshots from my phone showing how to install older games, but the screenshots are in Russian.
