Thank you for the kind words! Truthfully, the structure was intentional, as it reminded me of maybe a court of some sort in a Final Fantasy game? The goal was to create something more atmospheric in relation to my vocals, so I spent a lot of my time mixing everything to sound like it's in the background. However, this inspires me to expand on that idea. I listened to it again after I read your comment, and I definitely see what you're talking about. I'll continue building on it, and keep those elements in mind while creating. Thanks again :)

With your explanation, I could see it working as a kind of intro / pre battle theme in a game. I didn't really take the time to see it's use case as is and kind of judged most of the submissions on the idea of a "complete". Now, I'm also thinking something like Approaching Champion Cynthia's pre battle theme in Pokemon where the whole point is just build up and create tension before the looping battle theme. So either option is pretty valid: either this acts as a standalone build up theme to be paired with another piece with the resolution to the build or to expand on it as a singular piece.
I'm glad my feel based opinion is helpful in some way!
