I find it laughable how in your first comment you try to dismiss the video because it “uses AI” but here you are using AI to try to “prove me and others wrong” because you can’t come up with a proper defense lmao.
And even the AI says that Moss is in the wrong for not verifying the child’s age, speaking sexually/sending sexual images to a child, and not placing boundaries which is the responsibility of an adult in these situations.
I hate to tell you this, but not even your robot agrees with what you are claiming.
Dino has put his own statement and opinions out there, he and his friends were then accused of being murderers because he came out about his experiences with Moss-shadow, in an effort to guilt trip him and his friends, which Moss-shadow ADMITTED to in the video.
The screenshots only lack context (which, most do not lack any context at all, it’s almost like you didn’t watch it LMFAOOOO) because Moss REFUSES to share their side of DMs which they ADMIT to having with Dino, and they ADMIT to talking to the minor about NSFW topics such as Lolita, sending an NSFW comic to them (but it was a SFW panel, of an NSFW comic, which is still not good), there are several screenshots of Moss speaking inappropriately with Dino and talking about drugs. This is all public knowledge that you can… just find? I fear?

There are no direct laws in place about grooming, unfortunately. If you actually knew what laws were, you’d know that. Laws do not necessarily protect children when it comes to that and you cannot be tried for grooming someone in most states. What you CAN be tried for is sexual interactions with children or in the presence of children, sexual contact between adult and child (rape), and sexual images between an adult and a child.
But some of these laws do not protect the child in that factor either, and in fact, sometimes these laws will end up punishing the child. Maybeee you should look at what laws are before blindly copy/pasting a stupid as fuck AI robot that doesn’t even agree with you? Lmao?
Screenshots can be edited yes, but these screenshots are not edited in the slightest because you can TELL when a screenshot is edited. Most things are out of place when they are. Idk how you don’t understand that lol?
I really don’t want to get into the whole Moss faked their death thing because that’s a bunch of he-said she-said, but if Moss DID fake their death then that is fucked up. If they pretended to be dead and then pretended to be someone else while pretending to be dead, instead of letting their audience know that they were okay, it is STILL FUCKED UP BTW!!!!

Even if the situation “might not have been grooming” (according to the robot lmao??) you must admit that it is still inappropriate conversations between an adult and a minor. Moss even admits to knowing that Dino was a minor while talking with them about Lolita, as seen here:

Spoiler, they DID go into detail about the book. They also talked about inappropriate things in their discord server where other minors were present and even talked to Dino about getting high. (As seen above, obviously this is proof that they had each other on Instagram DMs, sorry to disappoint you!!)
At the time, they were under the assumption that someone who was present on an 8+ website was the same age as them, which is stupid. And they should have verified their age in the first place, especially coming from that website because THEY KNOW children lie about their ages online. If they KNEW that, then it is irrevocably irresponsible to just ASSUME that a kid who they met and were friends with on an 8+ site while they were 20 was the same age as them. Kids will lie about their ages online, and Moss has ADMITTED TO KNOWING THAT, so they are NOT stupid, and they just got caught.
You can tell that they were 21 in these screenshots because Moss was born in 2002, and idk about ya’ll but it’s basic fucking math, 2023-2002≠17. 2023-2002=21.
Grooming does need hard proof, but you literally have it right in front of your face and are still dismissing it in any way you can because “oh!! It’s ai!!” “Oh!! It’s faked!!” Making up ANY excuse in the book to keep this DEGEN who KNOWINGLY hurt a child and exposed them to NSFW KNOWING their age. If they say that they knew Dino’s age after talking with them about Lolita, which was in February 5th of 2024, then in these screenshots then they were KNOWINGLY talking to a child about a book that they describe as “straight up pedophilia” who is 13-14 years old.
“Believe the victim!!” “It’s never the child’s fault!!” Until it’s your idol, your favorite artist, your favorite musician, your favorite celebrity. It IS never the child’s fault, it is NOT Dino’s fault whether it had something to do with a lack of boundaries or anything like that, it is NEVER the child’s fault because at the end of the day Moss-shadow, an adult, a 21 year old, sent NSFW to, requested suggestive artwork, spoke about drugs to, a MINOR who was 13-14. And they KNEW it.
Do some research, and look at other videos before brushing situations like these off, because that is the reason so many fandoms fail to protect children who are hurting or who have been hurt by their idol.

Also they literally just proved my point in how there are NO direct laws protecting victims from grooming, including in Moss’s state, so they’d probably get a slap on the wrist for it even with all the evidence presented. And even then, it’s hard to say anything without the victim outright going to do it, and for all we know they might have, and nothing was done because that’s what happens in these cases. It’s also hard to “just make a police report” without knowing any personal information and purposefully trying to get it, which IS illegal. It would have to be done BY the minor and they might have their reasons for not doing it. If you’re that worried about a police report not being made, maybe you do it? Lmao?
If anything, there are laws that PROTECT online grooming. Them saying that “you have to make a police report” you “have to have hard proof” you are literally doing WHAT the police would likely do in this situation and dismissing the obvious proof right in front of your face just because YOU can’t verify it and YOU don’t actually care, you just want to defend your favorite groomer.
And if it wasn’t grooming, it is indefinitely WITHOUT A DOUBT inappropriate conversations with a FAN who they have POWER over because of that dynamic, which, is a form of grooming. Edit 2: Only 17/50 states which have grooming laws in place is not a lot. Also, maybe don’t copy/paste from AI anymore because you basically just told the whole internet that you live in Kentucky. While SOME states might have laws in place that’s not to mean that the minor’s does, no, the minor does not HAVE to make a police report if they are not comfortable or if it jeopardizes their own safety.
Idk why you’re not getting that. Just because they didn’t make a police report doesn’t mean that what happened to them didn’t affect them, and saying that is insanely insensitive.

i have remove the post in order to protect my person info please remove anyif have it and also again manythings may seem bevelble online but not true i simple trying figer out what not true and also again point harassment is also a crime as well and again i failed to see any movent for the groming if was real if no monement then not crime and also again point out is a also crime if harassment lead to some almost taking their life which almost happen so please stop harassing moss as it is also a crime and when scarch delete her account cause her alot of stress and also in the video Moss-shadow admitted to it by (#1 silly guy) they had this decripeon "please send support to the victim. edit: upon further research of P/OCD, I've come to the conclusion that false attraction is something that people endure and moss could very well have tricked themselves into believing that way. apologies for not doing enough research into that segment, and i promise to do better in the future. i stand by everything else i said, except my statements surrounding OCD.
