I'm hoping to take my .GBC Rom and upload it to steam.
Any sort of step by step would be awesome to have a final .exe to upload. (Super Noob with this stuff)

Please note that I can't give a tutorial how to setup a Steam project. It's complex and there are many great tutorials out there. Steam/Valve itself got a great tutorial section.
