Feedback:

1) 1st stage: please allow to get closer to edges, maybe shorten the frame when tapping a direction?

2) allow double tapping a direction to dash

3) the big size energy recovery should give more life, relative to megaman games

4) the 1-hit bats should agro as soon as they are on screen, relative to megaman games ( and should go through walls/obstacles )

5) the hallways before the boss stage should have stage music

6) on stage select: the option stage on lower right should not exit out into a different screen, but should show options replacing the map, relative to megaman games

7) on stage select: the megaman logo, and all directions shouldn't be skipable when selecting, but should highlight when selected, even if they don't do anything, relative to megaman games.

8) the intro text to each stage should not show up after you've viewed it once, relative to megaman games.

9) Jumping out of Ride Armors should be up and jump, but often times it does not work.

10) the item time-out/disappear timer should be extended, relative to megaman games

11) the 1-up megaman heads appearance should be lessened, they appear way too often

Other than that, so far so good. Will return for further feedback to make this experience maximum for fans! :D

There's bug on desert stage, if you start fast, the sand will rise very quickly making it impossible to get out. But if you wait a bit the sand will rise at normal levels and you can get out.

cont.

12) Dashing when sliding down, makes character think they are wall jumping, and cannot dash jump (depending on the pixel/direction).

13) progressive power up when charging?

14) Spider on jungle stage needs more HP

15) Why do some bosses have auto-run when you enter boss room but others do not? I.E. turtle/snapper

I tested it several times. Up+B jump works well enough. I heard some people were having real problems with that one, so I tested it myself the first time I got a robot ride.

using controller, keyboard, joystick?

(1 edit)

I used two different controllers. One was an X-Box Pad, the other was an authentic Retroflag SNES pad. Both work the same. You've got to press them both simultaneously. Not Up and Jump, but Up+Jump at the same time. Once you get it, you'll start jumping out even when you don't want to.
