Nice game! Loved the idea of consuming genes and evolving to survive.
Controls were easy to understand and gameplay loop was quite fun
The slime mechanic was a bit weird though, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Also I feel like some SFX or BGM would help tremendously with the atmosphere of the game.

I’ll take another look at the slime because it should always feel predictable and useful. I also recently worked on the audio because I agree that the atmosphere benefits a lot from proper sound.
