The translation may not be ideal. You can access USB drives in settings menu after collecting them.
Popping as a pooltoy is considered one of the open-ended bad ends. For the time being you can't rever from this state, but one day it will be added.
As for the pig drone, you must escape only after dronification sets in, and then use a yellow medkit. A rework for medkits is planned which will allow them to work instantly and not just when a player has horny/drone flag. It will also prevent gaining them as long as the player stays in that form.
