There is controller support in the game. I don't know how Joy-Con 2s work on pc so can't provide support on that
TL;DR: it works just like an Xbox controller; but if you'd like to hear the full explanation, a special program needs to be installed that makes your PC think there's an Xbox/playstation controller connected to it, the program responds to button presses on the joy con 2s by pressing equivalent buttons on the fake controller.
