It's going to stay in the current shape.
Originally, my idea was to finish the time skip phase and then have a free roaming map afterwards, but that would just further explode the scale of the game for many years. Instead, I'll finish the current story and loose ends with side characters, so that I can eventually finish this project.
The extendet worldmap and continuation of the events in the world of Renryuu is one of the options I see as the next project, after Renryuu: Ascension is done.
