I don't have any hard plans to make such a tileset - I've dabbled with art tests a few times (and obviously have made such tilesets in the past ie. for game Dungeons of Dredmor!), but just haven't gotten around to making a full painterly set. Anyway, to make a long story short: it'd be super fun to do this but I simply have not been able to find the time. Maybe someday! In the meantime, I'll put your list of ideas into my own TODO list related to interior tilesets - thanks for sharing them.
