Are all the girls in one "universe"? Does MC cheat around and have his own harem?
Or does each girl have their own separate universe?
EDIT: since MC face differs a little bit in different girl, I assume it's the later.
The stories are seperate. Not one big harem. It's one boyfriend + girlfriend Story.
