Hi, did you try the EXE version of the game or the web version? Also, did you encounter any error messages or anything unusual?
If you tried the EXE version and didn’t receive any error messages, could you share your PC specifications with me? It would help me investigate the issue.
Also if you still have issue can you share your Player.log file with me to investigate that problem ? If you run the .exe you can found that file in to " %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\HappySealGame\ZAR\Player.log " this path. It can be really helpful, thanks a lot !
