Couple thoughts on first read- maybe do 2d3 villagers at start instead of 1d6.
When I'm assigning X villagers to a task and roll xd6, do I get all results? The best?
Are the Ongoing events all the 2X events in the middle?
This is very compelling I love the layout. 'Return to the old ways' puts a nice dark spin on things. It's great!
