Dream controlling, that's an interesting concept. However, I'm not sure what I should do on the first level, I did make it to the highest platform and that's it, nothing happened. I'm gonna miss so much of the game.
First you need to pick up a sheet of paper from below, then go upstairs and pick up the flask and then approach the capsule but from above.
