As long as you can escape the calibration room and use a yellow medkit while you are dronified, then yes. I also plan to rework that medkit to work at any point, making this much easier. Of course more items are coming in general as there probably must be a way to control horny/dronified state in a more swappable manner.
It's in the room between the pooltoy room with 2 terminals, and the locked vault with level 2 doors with yellow barrels. Just go left after passing through level 1 door next to the sparks, after grabbing the keycard and stick to the bottom until you see it.
And as you can see, the game always finds a way to reward exploration!
