Grief and loss are heavy and profound. In my experience that pain doesn't get smaller or go away, but it does change as you continue on. Just take it one day at a time. Take care of you, so that they aren't forgotten.
Thank you so much <3. I’ve been working hard on it with counselling and lots of support! Sometimes it goes well for a bit but then one day it seems to all go back to square one. I appreciate the kindness and patience you and everyone else has give me.
