Hi Sammy! Thank you for the comment and apologies for the confusion! The game is currently being remade in collaboration with a studio as I have been unhappy with the quality of the demo and have been going through some personal issues. When I made this, I was just starting out with game dev and was lucky to be supported by the folks who helped me with this! That being said, I’ve improved a lot and when I look back at the parts I worked on, I can only see my flaws, and that was bothering me a lot.

I did end up taking down the demo last week due to being harassed on my personal accounts to hurry up with the release of the remake, and I did not want that to ruin my desire to continue with the remake.

I’ll put the original demo back up! But I would absolutely recommend playing the remake instead once it is out! <3

Hi! The game is slowly being worked on! We won’t be doing any gradual updates in chapters, so the next release is the full release which is why there is such a significant gap.

The entire team is also made up entirely of volunteers, some of whom went back to postgraduate studies last year, got new 9-5 jobs, or have had significant life changes and commitments. Speaking for myself personally, outside of intense work commitments, I went through a devastating loss last year in June, which sadly destroyed a lot of the desire I had for creating games, and it is only slowly returning.

I understand waiting isn’t the best feeling in the world, but the game is and always will be free, and therefore when coupled with our circumstances, progress will not be fast.

Thank you for playing this game, giving it a chance, and patiently waiting. Once we have a release timeframe, I will update it here. We do hope folks who still want to play the game like the final version, which is much closer to the vision we had for the game that we weren’t able to reach due to time constraints in the jam.

Hi lovely! I’m not super sure what the issue is, but my suggestion is to try changing your renderer in game! Next time you’re in game, try pressing shift + g and swap to another one then restart the game!

He was inspired by Shi Wudu from TGCF! Specifically, his audio drama iteration. And the name was simply because I’m a Seto Kaiba fan.

I really loved the dynamic between them so much and how everything is set up. The story is truly something special. It’s even written in a way where you feel like you might even be safer with Lars who wasn’t that great at all :’)!

This game is incredibly well-written, and I absolutely adored the new update!

I think Soren is a fascinating character and also one of the scariest I have encountered in a yandere visual novel. While he isn’t outwardly reactive or immediately violent, his brand of obsession and manipulation feels like a quiet seeping insidiousness that is completely hidden under the guise of love and care.

To clarify a little on the limited scope: This is a demo that was made in a month for a game jam so the time constraints meant we had to keep to a tight scope to ensure we could release this prototype on time. This sadly limited the options we could add as it was not feasible. The team is taking their time to work on the full game which will bring the intended broader vision with more options into the full release once we are ready ❤️
