I have a few small suggestions that would make the model more usable.
1. If you can, adjust the names of the collections so it is clear which one should be linked/appended into another file. Currently its Eileen.001, which is unclear.
2. Remove the keyframes from the file. When appending those keyframes override what is in the file and makes for strange results.
Other than that, I like the model so far, very cute interpretation of her.
