Honestly, I’m not sure what could be causing it. The only major change is that the game was moved from an older version of Ren’Py to Ren’Py 8.5.3, which may cause some conflicts with saves from older versions of the game. I also replaced a few images and did some optimization.
Maybe your antivirus is reacting to the fact that the file comes from an unknown source, but in that case I’d expect it to react the same way to other games distributed as .rar archives.
So yeah, I’m just as confused as you are about why your antivirus suddenly hates it so much :)
