Get more skills, I usually get harpy and ram to fly up and lunge her and when stunned dash with the ram horns, you also have weapons too, usually lance and dagger as well. In the later level, I just use my snake half to beat her easily.

You can move in a L-shape from where she is to repeatedly dodge Ruin, and if you have the Wolf Pelt you can just whack her occasionally in between running hypno stacks down. As for getting in, you just need to run away until she charges, moving up 1-2 spaces to avoid the impending Warpath. Be sure to mind the conical range of her Shockwave  when zoning her with skills.

You will probably want to avoid staying on gunked tiles if fighting the boss wolf, or remain conservative with your skills if you don't have the pelt so you can quickly/safely defeat her if she appears.
