on hints.txt the third diary isn't there for me and I cannot find it anywhere ingame, just pure unluckiness, but where is it located? its my last quest to complete in the game :>

Oh you're right, I totally forgot to fill in the spots for diaries 3 and 4 in the hint file.
3 is found by exiting out the northwest part of one of the southern areas. (It's the map with a large park filled with blue flowers.)
4. Is found on a box in the north-eastern part of the area.
