Really love the visuals and music! Not sure if I'm missing something though, because I can't seem to make the first jump, without standing on one of the slugs and then jumping from the platform with the tree I can't quite reach the next platform.
yeah it's kind of janky lol. You have to run and get momentum. I was also planning to put some more guide text in game, but ran out of time. But also yes it was intentional to stand on the slug lol
