You can, in fact, already escape that area. You need to lose a lot of weight and leave through either door, and only eat enough to get dronified state. Then after leaving use a yellow medkit to remove dronified status and become clear of the dronification chain.
That being said, yellow medkits will get a rework to work at any point instead, preventing horny status from being applied as long as you stay in that form, and immediatelly cleansing dronification chains. This should make it much easier, but it's more day a quick a fix.
