Are you attempting to play on mobile? We know this is an issue on iPad/other tablet devices, which *technically* allow you to run the game, but won't let you input your name because of the device's lack of keyboard (even if you have a keyboard attached to the device). Unfortunately we don't have a solution, other than switching to a desktop or laptop. Sorry. :')
