The cover feels a lot like it is advertising a Renaissance fair to me. Same with the map and I mean this as a compliment of the highest order. Just an absolute delight.
Speaking of absolute delights, I get the impression that you had a fantastic time writing this. Every section, set piece, person and object here is exuberant. Some of the consequences are harsh but I really like that. If I were to run this at some point I might put in an NPC who is there explicitly to fall victim to one of these things, an early one most likely. Just to let the players know they shouldn't horse around too much.
