It's a great game and has an entertaining story; however, the language aspect is where it really falls short and loses potential for players from other parts of the world.
I hope they manage to fix that section in the near future.
Localization isn't a top priority right now and we would love to have a few language options in the future, but it would be done via machine translation if we pursue it.
