Is there any way to scale the UI? It's too small for me to read

This demo does not have a UI scale option..
I Will add it when/if I resume the development. Would you like to ser this game mature to a better game/full game?
I'm also struggling with the small text. There's ways to magnify it but a zoom option would be very welcome.
