Can I ask how are we supposed to make the clothes black? Also, on level 9 if you give Bertrude her clothing items, albert thanks you instead, he says "thank you sweetie!"
You need to iron clothes that aren't wet or wrinkled to turn them black. Not very intuitive but makes sense in hindsight.
