You're right, it really did turn out to be a bit too easy. I was a little tight on time, since we couldn't work on it today anymore, so we ended up rushing to finish it yesterday. That didn't leave us any time to properly balance the difficulty.
It's great to get feedback from someone who has also played The Exit 8. I hope it wasn't too disappointing, though!
