Man, I am super torn about this---on the one hand, the art, animations, story / characters, dialogue choices, and music are all incredible and some of the most polished of any flowlab game yet . . . on the other hand, the gameplay is kind of bland and repetitive (though the space segments are really cool from a technical standpoint) and the dialogue system has a few bugs (not many, and nothing game-breaking, don't worry). These don't really hurt the game in terms of its atmosphere or worldbuilding, but they do hurt its replayability and even just its playability as it gets harder to want to keep going when you know you'll have to go through long space simulations to get there.

But I can't just casually mention the art, 3D-ish gameplay, etc. as if those aren't things that 99% of flowlab games don't have; this is still a very solid flowlab game that I doubt anyone else but you guys could have pulled off in just 2 weeks. So congratulations on finishing it, and here's hoping you can refine it more after jam!

Edit: somehow I misremembered this game having voice acting when I first wrote this. I think that was from playing Rez's game right after . . . ? Anyways it's still great

Thanks for the feedback Brick :D And yeah, to be honest the flight section was mistuned. There were also some more bits I wanted to add to it that I couldn't on time to make it more dynamic and interesting. We will be revisiting it after the jam!

Thank you brick!!! Yeah we spent a lot of time making the fundamental systems---and while all the dialogue looked great on paper it does seem to be a bit long XD

We went through so much testing for bugs in the dialogue, playing them through, and they presented themselves the last day lol. But the dialogue-bugs were mostly my fault.

Thank you for playing this!
