I need more information, please. Are the maps drawn and therefore printable, or are they just described in words? Do you need tokens to move around the map, or is it all based on narrative and dice rolls? I look forward to your response and thank you in advance.

Hi Hartax1984, thanks for your interest!
Great questions — let me clarify both points:
Maps: The 22 maps aren't printable battle maps. Each one is a campaign entry (objective, enemies, and boss for that stage), and the Game Master describes the scene. The artwork covers the heroes, enemies, and bosses — not the terrain.
Movement: It's fully narrative + dice ("theater of the mind") — no tokens, grid, or miniatures. On your turn you move through the scene as the GM describes it, and everything resolves with 1d6 + your attribute (4–6 succeeds), within a 15-turn timer per map. All you need is a single d6, paper, and a pencil.
On top of the tabletop rules, there's also a browser version in the works, and single-player modes against AI bots are on the roadmap — so you'll be able to enjoy the Dark Cave solo too.
Thanks again for checking out Caverna Sombria!
