I just want to say this.

I'll get it why a lot of channels show a playthrough. There are a lot of people that don't buy the games but instead like to watch the game played by someone else. Maybe they do buy it after that.

Though, for me, i like to explore the game myself. What i in general think is, that devs should have demo's so you can try it out and judge if you like it. Most of the time, there is a tag but it isn't really that helpful. What mechanics does the game use?

For example, i bought some time ago a game with horror elements and light sim. Kind of liked it. Then there are other games, similar but more technical which isn't really what i like, which had more realistic sim mechanics. I forgot the title but there was one that had a loop play and a story (sort of). But it was more a sim really, which i find boring and tedious.

This is mainly what i am searching. A review that can tell me what mechanics the games employ, because i have some games that aren't bad but the mechanics are not what i enjoy.
