Rotating t-posing penguins are the best part, quite unique idea for a game but it is a waiting game for the most part where food mechanic exists so you can't just go afk, the expedition graph node panel is cool but but also would require more work because you don't know exactly which penguin is which (their names repeat) and you end up slapping random penguins at expedition and it turns out those actually were those from research and you need to cramp them at research building again

And those endings, bad ending greatly punish you for mindless button pressing without reading first (at least it is not ugly ending), and the good ending... (o_o)

The idea was for there to be two "good endings" -- one where you reverse the melt, and another where you learn to adapt. One had to be cut though. The oil ending was conceived more as a gag. 

I did actually get a penguin model waiving in Blender. Thing is, that was my first-ever Blender animation, and the model broke trying to "work." Truth be told, I'm feeling lucky to have gotten textured penguins at all. One The strangest thing I learned while working on this game is that real penguins do in-fact have knees. They're inside their bodies, but they have them.
