It almost feels sacrilegious to critique this submission in conventional terms. It's an art piece and one that it is absolutely more of  a spark-table in all ways than it is a typical module. It's not clear to me on first reading exactly how either of the maps are used but if given to a GM for whom this really vibed they would improvise, create, and explore this material. 

The locations themselves have more than enough to go on so long as you're comfortable with providing clear and present context to the why of it all. 

This reminds me a lot of things like Hylics, Troika, and other kind of psychedelic, weird fiction. 

At any rate, as something system agnostic, any adventuring group that could venture to the moon in the first plate should absolutely adore the evocative situations, characters, and logic that the prose summons up.
