Hey a question cuz there are some female enemies and you can play as a female sooooo... Could you get pregnant or impregnate someone in the future updates?
At the moment you can give birth to worms both as male and female (Feliar quest). In a bad ending to the corrupted lizards you also end up giving birth. Pregnancy is mentioned in a wolbauk scene but it's just flavor text.
