I beat it, found all 20 items. This is really good for your first game, congratulations! It was a calming experience. If you wanted to expand this prototype you should:
- The game's plot features you owning a ground clearing business.
- the items found in the ground should be more valuable, not junk.
- Whenever you find an item you can keep it, or sell it instantly for money
- If you keep the item you might be able to combine it with future found items to make them even more valuable. Example: You find a crown with 3 empty sockets for gems, then later you can find the individual gems, combine them in the Crown and sell it for much much more.
- Use the money to upgrade your metal detector, buy a golf cart to go faster, or buy automated metal detectors that randomly go around and search.
- Once you beat a level, you take all your equipment with you and go to a new unlocked area.
