Thanks for the report! You were right, and it’s fixed. The duplication was in the shaped/grid crafting bench: right-clicking (or swapping) an item in a grid cell was adding a copy back to your bag. Re-download Crafting v1.4.1 (or the RPG Toolkit bundle v1.4.1) and it’s resolved. Note the grid is a pattern preview - items leave your bag when you press Craft, not when you drag them in. Also fixed a related case where crafting into a nearly-full bag could be wrongly refused.
