Finishing playing it and quite frankly, despite the graphic quality this might be one of my favourite Spongebob Horror Games.

It maintains the proper tone the series has without unnecesary crude horror slapped by no reason, the close-ups are wonderfull and so well drawn that just talks of how much love and passion this has as a love-letter to spongebbo and this niche genre this certainly stands out and its honestly a great jump of quality compared to your previous project, very good job at it.

I do feel there is some room for improvement, Plankton and his unique gameplay feels very underused specially when being small has advantages and disadvantages but i do feel the integration of bigger predators fits his section, Krabs forgetting to check up on pearl knowing something was inside of his house and more wandering outside and such.

I do not know how much control you have of this due to the game engine, but both moving-NPCs and parkour feel wonky and should be polished specially since most NPCs can get stuck easily and stop being threats (except plankton's robots that move like king von). Ontop of it interacting again with the fallen Painting is possible, leading to a softlock

And lastly, i feel some QoL improvements should be done to the boss fight, it is a trial and error and i have no issue with that however there are simply things you aren't getting properly communicated unless you're hiper-alerted such as the skulls floating around and alternatively certain attacks that aren't part of Smitty's own moveset that have no SFX announcing them.

But overall keep up the good work, i've enjoyed this experience a lot and i'd love to see what you can come up with next

Thank you so much, I genuinely appreciate your words so much and the fact that you took the time to give such a detailed review of the game. Unfortunately, the funky parkour and NPC behavior are side-effects of the game engine I used and there isn't a way to fix them that I know of. I had to be pretty creative when programming the enemies LOL. I'm just very glad you enjoyed the game overall, and your thoughts, including the critiques, are very appreciated
