I didn’t even know it had an app, but from my brief testing it seems to work just fine: the itch app correctly identifies it as a HTML game and launches the unpacked game properly. (On Windows/Linux/MacOS equally, as far as I can tell.)
If if doesn’t, you can always download the ZIP and unpack it manually, the HTML inside will open in any modern browser (definitely in Chrome and Firefox).
