That was pretty fun. Loved the art style, and perfectly worked as a demo (in the sense that, by the time the first/only match ended, I was pumped for more). Also love the little details that give the game more "life"; the simple fact of putting the picture of who's speaking in front gave the impression of two lads elbowing each other while talking which perfectly fit the coy conversation.
My one piece of constructive criticism: The outlines of where the cards go blends too much into the background, especially on the player side (since I could kinda see the outlines for the top half/NPC side but none on the bottom half, I spent an embarrassingly long time trying to place the cards there lol).
